We now have a national emergency as an Oromo nation. We now have to act together in measured ways as a nation.

At this point, our people are closed up in Oromia, and Oromia has been turned into an Oromo Students slaughterhouse of the TPLF government. The Western governments, leaders and international media have not heard the agonizing voices of our people in TPLF's slaughterhouse, partly because of the inadequate advocacy of the Oromo Diaspora. We'll need to redouble our efforts.
As Oromo in Diaspora, the first and major national task for us is to advocate for the rights of our people, and to be the voices of the voiceless Oromo people.
As part of the national emergency, all Students Unions/Associations, Civic Associations - in Australia, in Europe, in Africa and in North America - will need to hold emergency leadership meetings - if not done already, and elect a Diplomatic and Human Rights Chair for their respective organizations, and coordinate their measured actions of peaceful actions through the Chairs: such as rallies, phone calls to their respective State/Federal Representatives in the States/Countries they reside, and inform the international media about the plight of the Oromo people. You must also call upon your members to advocate for the rights of Oromo, and to be voices of the voiceless Oromo wherever and whenever.
All Diaspora Oromo can be the voice of the voiceless Oromo through social media: please use ‪#‎OromoProtests‬ in your Facebook and Twitter posts so international media can pick up our collective voices.
TPLF has decided to militarily implement the genocide and ethnocide in Central Oromiyaa through the new Addis Ababa Master Plan under the pretext of "development." We'll not allow TPLF to succeed under any circumstances, and have another Walloo Oromo genocide in our generation in this 21st-century in Central Oromiyaa.
The Oromo Students' cause is just. Their demands are fair: i.e. opposing the Addis Ababa Master Plan and calling for the constitutionally guaranteed (Article 49.5) rights of Oromiyaa over Finfinnee. TPLF is violating its own Constitution when it uses the Addis Ababa Master Plan to annex land from the Federally and Constitutionally instituted Oromiyaa, and this is besides the point that the new Addis Ababa Master Plan will wipe out the lives and livelihoods of millions of Oromo farmers.
Our measured collective actions in the Diaspora will result in a force so powerful to fight alongside our brave Oromo Students who are nonviolently fighting tooth-and-nail the TPLF's Addis Ababa Master "Genocide" Plan.
Stay united. ONE VOICE - ONE CAUSE.
